Dubli Xpress auctions for gift cards have yielded savings from the face value of from 5% to 99%.  Gift cards from stores vary widely but the best deals seem to be from clothing stores such as the GAP and Macys.  Gift cards from credit card companies, namely American Express, Mastercard and Visa ususlly go for a 10% savings in the Dubli Xpress auctions.  The exception being Mastercard where you can get a 18-20% savings.  You can see the stats and results at: Dubli Gift Card Xpress Auctions – Recent History ... Unique Bid Dubli Auctions for Gift Cards

The average savings from face value for Gift Cards purchased in Dubli's unique bid auction from August 13th, 2009 through August 24th, 2009 was 56%. The gift cards that had the greatest consistent savings were from the clothing stores.  Timberland at 96% savings, Macys and JC Penny's at 89% savings, GAP at 66% savings and Kohls at 54% savings.  It would seem to beg the statgey to bid on these cards only when they are above the 50% savings level and turn around and sell them for a profit.
